I feel like Noah has been learning and communicating more that he has ever been. Noah asks a lot of why questions, and needs an explanation for everything which is really good because we can introduce new words and things we want him to learn. I remember going to a meeting with Noah's teacher in February and they told me he would still use the minimun amount of words to communicate. Noah is shy but he talks a lot now. Noah had never told me about his nightmares before until now, he is almost 4 1/2 years old. The first nightmare he told me about was in March, Noah woke up crying and I comforted him and asked him what was wrong and he told me that the picture frame in his room had fallen on him. Did he have a nightmare about an earthquake? And how does he know what the movement of the Earth does? I thought it was interesting, I wish I was there so I could see what really happened. The second nightmare was just a couple weeks ago and he again woke up crying and told me there was a mosquito on his wall right next to him. Oh man, this one did make me laugh a little. Noah does not like flies, bees, mosquitos, or anything that flies around him. Noah has become quite the helper around the house, some of the things he helps with is seving his own cereal in the morning. Of course, we have put everything at his reach (bowls, cereal, milk) but he can do it and he is so happy when he does it on his own. He will also serve Emma if we ask him too. Noah likes to water the herbs that grow in the backyard. Noah helps Emma wash her hands by turning on and off the water, which Emma cannot reach yet. Noah finally says a prayer all by himself. Is is a fairly simple prayer but he can say it alone and Emma can say a prayer on her own as well. Of course she is blessed to have such an amazing older brother. Noah also can color inside the lines in his coloring book. For the longest time he would just scribble the whole picture, but now he uses all different colors. I don't think he likes to color what the real colors are supposed to be for an animal or anything he colors. I love Noah's sweetness, he loves me even though I am not perfect and sometimes or most of the time I run out of patience.
